Qualifications

• The Business Development Manager will develop new business opportunities, generate revenue and fulfill apprenticeship cohorts.
• The role involves building strong relationships with employers and matching apprentices to opportunities.
• The position supports upskilling of existing staff and promotes commercial products and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employers and businesses in the area through proactive sales activity.
• Identify employers' recruitment and training needs and align with apprenticeships.
• Coordinate with Intake Consultants to assess apprentice suitability for vacancies.
• Match apprentices to job opportunities and arrange interviews with employers.
• Maintain a single point of contact for key accounts and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliant paperwork is completed prior to learner start dates.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and contribute to retention of learners with employers.
• Promote other relevant products, services and events and identify new revenue opportunities.
