Job summary

Find. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Apprenticeships in Leeds. The role combines new business development with account growth in a hybrid setup, four days per week in the office.

A base salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus OTE £15,000-£17,500 is offered, with permanent, full-time employment and a 37.5-hour week. You will drive apprenticeship growth by engaging with employers, managing relationships, and ensuring a high-quality client journey from onboarding to delivery in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience working in apprenticeship or training provider sector.
• Proven track record with B2B clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confidence and resilience when prospecting employers over the phone.
• Experience managing both new business and existing client relationships.
• Passion for sales and achieving results.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisation and CRM management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating apprenticeship learner starts through proactive business development and sales activity.
• Prospecting and engaging new employers, including outbound telephone activity.
• Building and managing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieving agreed activity, revenue and apprenticeship start targets.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional training and development solutions.
• Understanding employer workforce and skills needs and matching them with suitable programmes.
• Supporting employers through the apprenticeship eligibility, onboarding and compliance process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and activity information on the CRM.
• Delivering an excellent level of customer service throughout the employer journey.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale through to programme delivery.
