Job summary

Stamford College, part of Inspire Education Group, is seeking an organised Apprenticeship Administrator to support the administration of our apprenticeship provision and help maintain high standards for learners, employers and staff.

You’ll work with the Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, ensuring DfE compliance, processing completions, enrolments with MIS, data checks, and employer incentive payments, within a friendly, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area.
  • Level 2 English and Maths.
  • Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.
  • Excellent organisation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Apprenticeship documentation meets DfE compliance and audit standards.
  • Process Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawals.
  • Process enrolments in liaison with MIS.
  • Check Data Lock reports and take actions to resolve.
  • Process employer incentive payments in liaison with Finance team.

Working closely with our Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting the administration of our apprenticeship provision and helping us maintain the highest standards for learners, employers and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all Apprenticeship documentation meets DfE compliance and audit standards
  • Processing Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawals
  • Processing enrolments in liaison with the Management Information Services (MIS) team
  • Checking Data Lock reports and carrying out actions to resolve
  • Processing employer incentive payments in liaison with the Finance team
  • Other general admin duties including enquiries into the inbox
About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and Level 2 English & Maths
  • Strong administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Confidence communicating with learners, employers and staff
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach with a positive attitude
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally

Experience with apprenticeships or FE systems is a bonus—but not essential.
