Job summary

Stamford College is seeking an Apprenticeship Administrator to support apprenticeship administration and maintain high standards for learners, employers, and staff.

Working with the Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, you will ensure compliance, process enrolments and completions, and handle inquiries while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and Level 2 English & Maths.
  • Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.
  • Confident communicating with learners, employers and staff.
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and team collaboration.
  • Experience with apprenticeships or FE systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Apprenticeship documentation meets DfE compliance and audit standards.
  • Process Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawals.
  • Coordinate enrolments in liaison with MIS team.
  • Check Data Lock reports and resolve issues.
  • Process employer incentive payments with Finance.
  • Handle general admin enquiries.

If so, we’d love you to join us at Stamford College as our Apprenticeship Administrator.Working closely with our Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting the administration of our apprenticeship provision and helping us maintain the highest standards for learners, employers and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all Apprenticeship documentation meets DfE compliance and audit standards
  • Processing Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawals
  • Processing enrolments in liaison with the Management Information Services (MIS) team
  • Checking Data Lock reports and carrying out actions to resolve
  • Processing employer incentive payments in liaison with the Finance team
  • Other general admin duties including enquiries into the inbox
About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and Level 2 English & Maths
  • Strong administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Confidence communicating with learners, employers and staff
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach with a positive attitude
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally

Experience with apprenticeships or FE systems is a bonus—but not essential.
