You will work within the Clinical Research Coordination Team and have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Business Administrator course.

Qualifications

• Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE pass level 4 or above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Clinical Research Delivery Team and busy research studies.
• Maintain site files, archiving, and upload recruitment details and participant data to internal systems.
• Implement standard operating procedures and propose improvements to services.
• General admin duties including filing, diary management and distribution of deliveries.
• Ensure electronic systems are up to date and data quality standards are met.
• Provide professional telephone service, signposting and good customer service.
• Provide cross-cover for other staff to ensure consistent and effective service.
