University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrative support member for a busy Clinical Research Coordination Team working on hundreds of studies. The role includes maintaining site files, archiving, data uploads, and SOP implementation, with cross-cover for colleagues to ensure a smooth service.

You will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship while providing essential operational support.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and Maths at level 4 or above or equivalent.
• Commitment to completing the Level 3 apprenticeship training.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to a busy research team across hundreds of studies.
• Maintain site files, archiving, and upload recruitment details and participant data to internal systems.
• Implement SOPs and propose operational improvements.
• Offer operational support to colleagues as directed by the Line Manager.
• Carry out general administrative duties and manage diaries and deliveries.
• Ensure electronic systems are up to date and data quality standards are met.
• Deliver professional telephone service and signpost information as needed.
• Provide cross-cover for other staff to maintain consistent service.
