Sanctuary Property Services is offering an Apprenticeship – Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 in Ipswich with a fixed-term 24-month contract. The role combines remote learning with on-site practical training and leads to a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

You will work in the Ely region, gaining hands-on experience in property maintenance while developing customer service skills for a career in the industry.

• GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths and English.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy getting stuck into physical work.
• Hold or on track to hold a full valid UK driving licence to drive a company van on completion.

Apprentice – Property Maintenance Operative Level 2

Fixed term contract for 24 months

Our Apprenticeship Programme offers hands-on experience while you work towards a recognised qualification in partnership with our trusted training provider, Grey Seal.

This role combines remote learning with on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van, giving you a great balance of theory and real-world experience.

You’ll work towards an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance. This will lead to an Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative – Level 2 nationally recognised qualification at the end. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

What will you do?

You will work within the team in the Ely region.This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to learn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.

What skills and abilities do I need to have?
