Sanctuary is offering an Apprenticeship - Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 in Ipswich, with a fixed-term 24-month contract. The programme blends remote learning with on-site training, including working in a mobile van, leading to a recognised qualification.

You will join a team in the Ely region, gaining practical property maintenance experience and customer service skills while you study with Grey Seal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy physical, hands-on work.
• Hold or on track to hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work within the team in the Ely region to gain practical experience in Property Maintenance and customer service.

Apprentice - Property Maintenance Operative Level 2

Our Apprenticeship Programme offers hands‑on experience while you work towards a recognised qualification in partnership with our trusted training provider, Grey Seal.

This role combines remote learning with on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van, giving you a great balance of theory and real‑world experience.

You'll work towards an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance. This will lead to an Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative - Level 2 nationally recognised qualification at the end. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

What will you do?

You will work within the team in the Ely region.This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to learn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.

What skills and abilities do I need to have?
