Sanctuary Group in Ipswich is offering an Apprentice Level 2 in Property Maintenance Operative. This fixed-term programme blends remote learning with on-site practical training, and leads to a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

Starting salary £19,968 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, pension with employer contributions, life assurance, and wellbeing support.

Apprentice – Property Maintenance Operative Level 2

Fixed term contract for 24 months

Our Apprenticeship Programme offers hands-on experience while you work towards a recognised qualification in partnership with our trusted training provider, Multi Trades Training.

This role combines remote learning with on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van, giving you a great balance of theory and real-world experience.

You’ll work towards an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance. This will lead to an Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative – Level 2 nationally recognised qualification at the end. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

What will you do?

You will work within the team in the Ipswich region.This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to l earn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.

What skills and abilities do I need to have?
