Job summary

Sanctuary Property Services is offering an Apprenticeship - Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 in London. The fixed-term contract lasts 24 months, with a starting salary of £21,964.80 and a 40-hour work week.

The programme combines remote learning with on-site practical training in a mobile van, supported by a training provider, Grey Seal. It leads to a nationally recognised qualification upon completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy physical work.
• On track to hold a full UK driving licence to drive a company van.

Responsibilities

• You will work within the team in the Ely region, gaining hands-on experience in Property Maintenance and customer service skills.

Our Apprenticeship Programme offers hands‑on experience while you work towards a recognised qualification in partnership with our trusted training provider, Grey Seal.

This role combines remote learning with on‑site practical training, including working in a mobile van, giving you a great balance of theory and real‑world experience.

You’ll work towards an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance. This will lead to an Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative - Level 2 nationally recognised qualification at the end. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

What will you do?

You will work within the team in the Ely region.This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to l earn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.

What skills and abilities do I need to have?

On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are;
