Job summary

Sanctuary Property Services in Ely offers an Apprentice - Property Maintenance Operative Level 2. The programme blends remote learning with on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van, to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

Starting salary is £19,968 with a 40-hour week. The fixed-term contract lasts 24 months, supported by Grey Seal as the training provider, and a team will guide you through the apprenticeship journey.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy physical, hands-on work.
• Hold or on track to hold a full UK driving licence to drive a company van on completion.

Responsibilities

• Work within the team in the Ely region to gain practical experience in Property Maintenance.
• Learn customer service skills to build a long-term career in the industry.
