Job summary

Sanctuary Property Services in Ely is offering an Apprentice – Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 with a fixed term contract for 24 months. Starting salary £19,968/year.

You will learn through a mix of remote learning and on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van. You will work towards an Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative – Level 2 with Grey Seal as the training provider.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (including Maths and English).
• Good practical and problem solving skills.
• Enjoy getting stuck into physical work.
• Hold or on track to hold a full valid UK driving licence to drive a company van on completion.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Ely team to gain practical property maintenance experience.
• Develop customer service skills and learn on-the-job while working in a mobile van.
