Job summary

Sanctuary is seeking an Apprentice - Horticulture Level2 in Rochford for a 24-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a starting salary of £20,966.40, working 40 hours per week, and a practical path toward a Level 2 horticulture qualification with college-based off-the-job training.

You'll gain hands-on horticultural experience, customer service skills, and support from a team committed to inclusion and development. Position is based in Rochford with Sanctuary Property Services.

Qualifications

• GCSEs minimum, typically including Maths and English.
• Interest in horticulture and landscaping.
• Willingness to learn and be dedicated.
• Driving licence or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Rochford region gaining practical horticulture experience.
• Develop customer service skills through hands-on tasks.
• Participate in on-the-job training and college-based learning.
