Job summary

Sanctuary offers an Apprentice - Horticulture Level 2 in Basildon with a fixed-term contract for 24 months and a starting salary of £20,966.40. The role is 40 hours per week and combines workplace experience with college training through Grey Seal to achieve a Level 2 qualification in Horticulture.

You will work mainly in Basildon and Rochford, with opportunities to learn customer service skills and gain practical horticulture experience in the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English
• Interest in horticulture and landscaping
• Able to perform physical work
• Hold a full UK driving licence, or be willing to undertake driving lessons to drive a company vehicle on completion of apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• You will work primarily in the Basildon and Rochford regions and other areas in the Southeast, gaining practical experience in horticulture and learning customer service skills
