Bromford Flagship LiveWest offers a 2-year fixed-term apprenticeship for an Apprentice Project Manager within the New Homes team, combining on-the-job delivery with study toward a Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification.
You’ll be supported by mentors and experienced colleagues as you develop knowledge, skills and confidence to build a successful career in project management, with travel to development sites.
This is a Fixed term , Full Time vacancy.
Contract: 2-year Fixed-term apprenticeship
Hours: Full time
Contractual base: Hybrid working with travel across our development projects
Operational requirement: Regular travel to development sites and meetings
Additional requirements: Ability to travel to different sites within the Bromford geography

Please note: This apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are new to project management. If you already hold a PRINCE2 qualification or a recognised Project Management qualification at an equivalent or higher level, you may not be eligible for this programme.
Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll learn how housing developments move from concept to completion. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of activities including:
Throughout the apprenticeship you'll receive structured learning, on-the-job training and support to help you develop your knowledge and confidence.
You don't need previous housing development experience to apply.
