Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is offering an Apprentice Project Manager role in our New Homes team. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of residential housing developments while working towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.

You'll be supported by a dedicated mentor and experienced colleagues who will help you develop knowledge and confidence to build a career in project management.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Committed to learning via Level 4 Associate PM apprenticeship.
• Studies in construction, built environment, housing, law or project management.
• Interest in professional qualifications such as APM, RICS or CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of new housing developments.
• Learn how development projects are appraised, approved and monitored.
• Develop understanding of project finances, forecasting and budgets.
• Support contract, legal and compliance processes.
• Build relationships with colleagues, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Attend development sites and project meetings.
• Maintain accurate project information and records.
• Contribute to projects delivering high-quality homes and value for customers.
