Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest in Tamworth is seeking an enthusiastic grounds maintenance assistant to help maintain welcoming communal green spaces and support a diverse resident community. You will engage with residents, deliver high‑quality service, and operate equipment such as mowers and hedge cutters (training provided), with travel across Daventry and surrounding areas.

A full UK driving licence and a basic DBS are required; benefits include a company van, tools, petrol card, 27 days holiday,

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Basic DBS required (we'll arrange this).
