Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is offering an apprenticeship for an Apprentice Project Manager in the New Homes team. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting residential housing developments and work towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification, guided by a mentor and experienced colleagues.

This programme is designed for those new to project management, with travel across the Bromford geography, working hybrid with site visits, and opportunities to develop a long-term career

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous housing development experience to apply.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of housing developments from concept to completion.
• Assist in appraisals, approvals and monitoring of development projects.
• Help manage project finances, forecasting and budgets.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and stakeholders on site.
• Maintain accurate project information and records.

Education

GCSE English and Maths 4/C or above

Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship

A Level 3 qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
