Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in our busy kitchen teams. You will work full-time, learn on the job and gain a nationally recognised qualification while helping deliver great guest experiences.

No experience required; you will be mentored by passionate chefs, gain skills in cooking, prep and kitchen operations, and enjoy staff discounts and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and be proud to work with us.
• Enrolment in Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and safely to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Set up and close down the department; manage stock rotation.
• Keep up to date with promotions and products.
• Complete all training modules and adhere to policies.
• Document daily tasks and cleaning.
