No experience required; the program runs for 15 months and includes work-based training, a mentor, and progression opportunities across our brands. You’ll gain hands-on kitchen skills while earning a wage and a nationally recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths offered if needed.
• Reviews every 12 weeks with mentor and manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, cooking and presenting food to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Support stock rotation, prep and par process as required.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures and record daily tasks.
