Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll work full-time under experienced chefs while you train toward a nationally recognised qualification.

This apprenticeship includes work-based training, a mentor in the workplace, and opportunities to advance to higher-level roles with paid qualifications. Wages start at base rates with age-based progression, plus excellent staff discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; apprenticeship supported by training.
• Mentor provided in workplace.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths (if no GCSE or equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and safely to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and back-of-house areas.
