Mitchells and Butlers is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in a full-time kitchen role across our UK pub brands. No previous experience is required, as you will be trained on the job while working toward a nationally recognised qualification.

You will learn under passionate chefs in fast-paced environments, gaining hands-on skills in food prep, cooking to brand standards and safe kitchen practices throughout the 15-month programme.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
• Full-time kitchen role with on-the-job training toward a qualification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the kitchen team to ensure quality dishes and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Support the running of kitchen operations and training activities.
