Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a full-time Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in our busy kitchen. You will train while you work, under experienced chefs, gaining a nationally recognised qualification and real hands-on responsibility.

You don't need previous cooking experience; you'll learn to prepare, cook and present meals to brand standards, with support from a mentor and Team Coach, while enjoying staff discounts and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior cooking experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to completing the Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Assist in stock rotation, cleaning, and kitchen organization.
• Participate in training, learning modules and team meetings.
• Support guests with queries and ensure a welcoming kitchen environment.
