Job summary

PRIMARY GOAL LTD is seeking a motivated Level 4 Network Engineer Apprentice to join the IT team at Glossopdale School & Sixth Form. In this full-time apprenticeship, you'll support IT services and gain hands-on experience in networking, cloud technologies, and end-user support.

The role involves providing IT support, managing devices, and participating in exciting technology projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain recognized qualifications, and build a career in IT.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent).
• A genuine interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Eligibility to undertake a Level 4 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Providing first and second line IT support.
• Installing and maintaining PCs, laptops, and devices.
• Supporting network infrastructure and cloud services.
• Managing helpdesk tickets.
