Job summary

The ITP in London is offering a Network Engineer Apprentice position as part of a Level 4 apprenticeship. This 18‑month program begins with a starting salary of £16,000 per year and runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

You will gain hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and IT support while working with a professional team. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, network device configuration, and project support.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of user and group management in Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Microsoft 365 users, permissions, and mailboxes.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Help deploy and migrate Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Provide first‑level IT support and document resolutions in the helpdesk system.
