Job summary

CSL Data Services is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to join our team in Doncaster. This role provides hands-on experience while working toward a Level 3 IT Network Technician Apprenticeship, supporting internal and external users and helping maintain a secure, efficient IT environment.

You'll diagnose issues, log tickets, install hardware and software, and contribute to network and security tasks. We value clear communication, problem solving, organisation, and a professional, customer-focused

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Log, manage, and update support tickets.
• Troubleshoot ICT issues using appropriate tools and methods.
• Communicate clearly with users, managing expectations and escalations.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network devices.
• Support desktop setup, repair, and basic networking tasks.
• Apply security best practices and follow organisational policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work.
