Primary Goal is helping you start a career in IT with a hands on Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship at Glossopdale School & Sixth Form, with travel across the True Learning Partnership. Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Genuine interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Eligibility to undertake a Level 4 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support to staff and students.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and other devices.
• Support network infrastructure, servers, WiFi and cloud services.
• Log, manage and resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, email and user accounts administration.
• Support IT during events, examinations and planned projects.
• Work across multiple schools within the Trust delivering technology projects.
