Job summary

CCF is offering a 12-month apprenticeship in sales across our Leeds branches. You’ll build customer relationships, handle inquiries from first contact to invoicing, and learn product knowledge with full training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT and numerical skills; training provided in product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and support the external Account Manager.
• Use CRM and Sales Hub to make outbound calls and generate new business.
• Handle customer enquiries from first contact through invoicing.
• Identify products that meet customer needs and suggest alternatives.
• Help achieve sales targets while managing discounts and margins.
• Keep up to date with pricing, product knowledge and availability.
• Complete sale, cash and credit documentation accurately.
• Support stock takes when required and follow health & safety standards.
