ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services in Grantham is recruiting an Apprentice Chef. The role is a full-time position at 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of 14.06 and DBS check required.

You will train towards the L2 Commis Chef qualification, working under experienced chefs and progressing within a supportive team. You will gain hands-on experience in a Defence sector kitchen, following recipes, learning food safety, and developing kitchen skills for a career in hospitality.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food promptly according to recipes.
• Complete opening/closing and additional duties as instructed.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organised and sanitised.
• Maintain correct food temperatures and storage procedures.
• Follow all food safety standards and regulations.
