Job summary

SR Apprenticeships is seeking an Apprentice Business Development Executive for WERK. This home-based role requires occasional travel across Leicestershire with a driving licence or reliable public transport access.

You will learn WERK’s products and sales approach while supporting the CEO and developing core B2B sales skills through coaching. You will build relationships with prospective organisations, manage CRM records, and progress from shadowing meetings to leading introductory sales pitches

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or training organisation.
• At least 20% of working hours will be spent training or studying.
• Your training course is equal to Level 4 (Higher national certificate).

Responsibilities

• Build a strong sales pipeline for WERK and visit learners and employers.
• Support the CEO and learn WERK’s systems, products and sales approach.
• Take increasing ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Attend discovery meetings and progress to leading introductory meetings and pitches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline performance.
