Job summary

Skern Training is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive Apprentice to grow employer partnerships and promote apprenticeship programmes. This home-based role focuses on developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting the onboarding process while working toward a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

The successful candidate will engage with employers across the Southwest and Midlands regions, using MS Office and a CRM to manage opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales and business development.
• Confidence speaking with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the SouthWest region when required.
• Commitment to achieving the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective employer partners across priority sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and digital engagement.
• Support the development and management of a sales pipeline using HubspotCRM.
• Arrange and attend employer meetings, virtually or face-to-face.
• Present apprenticeship programmes and solutions to employers.
