TipTopJob is seeking an Applications Technician/Sales Support role based in Letchworth Garden City. The candidate will demonstrate our cutting-edge equipment, support sales teams, and maintain the demonstration suite, contributing to customer satisfaction.

The role offers office-based work with extensive training, benefits, and a competitive salary. Commutable to Stevenage, Hitchin, Luton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in demonstrating equipment to customers and sales teams.
• Ability to provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for customer engagements.
• Willingness to participate in trade shows and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and deliver machine and software demonstrations, in person or online.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to showcase equipment to customers.
• Assist Customer Relationship Executives to demonstrate products and tooling.
• Maintain the demonstration suite and document demonstration details.
