Job summary

Ishida Europe Limited is seeking a CCW Applications Support specialist to act as the central technical advisor for the sales channels across the EMEA region. You will help grow sales and contribute to the CCW product portfolio by enabling the team with accurate technical material and solutions.

The role focuses on advising on suitable machines for enquiries, coordinating modifications, and delivering clear CPQ guidance and layouts to support orders and trials.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B capital equipment environment.
• Direct sales support experience.
• B2B technical function.
• Technical knowledge of electrics or mechanics.
• Good understanding of modern sales enablement tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, IT literate, driven and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and record application support requests from the sales channels by advising on suitable machines for enquiries.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering Technical lead to decide if modifications or specials should be taken on.
• Own modifications and specials, coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions and cost details.
• Complete in-house testing on CCW machine units to verify application feasibility.
• Coordinate testing requirements on CCW units and advise on best solutions for each application.
• Support in-house and on-site customer trials as required.
• Assist in developing and communicating sales enablement tools for the CCW portfolio.
• Collaborate with CCW Product Manager and Training Manager to address FAQs and improve sales channel knowledge.
• Assist the sales channels in understanding CPQ logic and work with CPQ team for effective operation.
• Ensure Key Account User Requirement specifications are well understood and communicated to Engineering.
• Test CPQ releases around the CCW portfolio to reflect desired implementations and robustness.
• Produce 2D & 3D provisional layouts for enquiries and orders.
