Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and email to UK customers, with high-quality ticket management.
• Investigate issues across diverse environments, replicate faults on test systems, and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with EMEIA 3rd level support and raise Field Service Work Orders when on-site engineering is required.
• Share knowledge to improve service quality and problem resolution within the team.
• Perform general administrative tasks in the customer services department to support smooth operations.
