ASSA ABLOY Traka UK in Olney is seeking an Application Support Technician to handle 1st/2nd line technical issues via phone and email, with on-call responsibilities for 7x7 support. You will investigate faults, escalate to higher level support when needed, and document tickets to ensure fast resolutions.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases, Windows systems, and IT networking, plus prior experience in similar roles, are required.
