We have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to improving healthcare workflows through advanced software solutions. This is a remote role, with minimal office attendance in London. Duties & Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and test speech recognition and dictation software Apply patches and hotfixes in a controlled, documented way Travel across the UK and Ireland to support software deployments Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting Advise clients on infrastructure and system compatibility Maintain technical and user documentation Escalate complex technical issues when necessary

What Experience Is Required

Proficient in RAS, VPN, and remote access tools Solid networking and TCP/IP knowledge Skilled in SQL Server 2016+ Proficient with SCCM Knowledge of NHS/healthcare software is desirable Experience with enterprise software support Familiar with speech recognition and dictation tools is desirable Full UK driving licence Willing to travel weekly Own car required

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum. Benefits: Competitive pension scheme, life assurance, permanent health assurance, remote working model, 20 days annual leave, onboarding program, and extensive training opportunities.
