Job summary

Titan Corp is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lease apartments, retain residents, and handle administrative tasks for the community. The role emphasizes proactive communication, daily property inspections, and efficient lease processing.

You will manage move-ins, schedule visits, and coordinate with the Community Director to ensure optimal occupancy and resident satisfaction. This non-exempt position includes overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing properties to prospective residents.
• Ability to manage and coach a Leasing Team.
• Experience with property management tools Knock, Onesite and AIRM.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects.
• Schedule move-ins to minimize rent loss.
• Escort prospects to apartment homes and amenities.
• Prepare all paperwork for lease verification and filing.
• Verify applications and expedite processing with the manager.
• Follow up with visitors within 24 hours and via email within seven days.
• Inspect property daily for cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Maintain leasing office procedures and security access, including key control.
• Assist in lease renewal processes and assemble move-in packages.
• Handle daily rent calculations, prorates, late fees and related charges.
