Responsibilities

• Oversee the AOG/CLS department operations within the branch.
• Monitor productivity indicators and ensure SOP compliance.
• Develop and execute tactical business plans and goals.
• Maintain relationships with service providers and customers.
• Drive sales opportunities and maintain CRM activity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff, conducting regular appraisals.
