Kevin Theobald Employment Agency is hiring an experienced AOG Manager to oversee the export (AOG/Aerospace) department at our destination or managing branch and to drive growth of the AOG vertical.

You will focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policy while delivering high-profile, time-critical shipments. Expect on-call availability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated understanding of AOG shipments and aviation logistics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the branch AOG department.
• Monitor and improve key departmental productivity indicators.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies across operations.
• Coordinate with origin/destination teams and service providers.
• Lead by example in high-pressure, time-sensitive shipments.
• Be available for on-call support and proactive issue resolution.
• Develop relationships with customers and service providers.
• Drive growth of the AOG vertical within the marketplace.
