Job summary

AWD Online in West London is seeking an Import Export Coordinator / Freight Forwarder to join its fast-paced aviation logistics operation. You will manage end-to-end multimodal shipments across air, sea, road and courier services, coordinating collections, bookings and UK customs documentation.

We value experience in freight forwarding and import/export, with a focus on accuracy, urgency and customer service.

Qualifications

• Solid freight forwarding and import/export experience.
• Experience with UK import/export customs entries.
• Experience in transport/shipping coordination roles.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, time-critical environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end multimodal shipments (air, sea, road, courier).
• React to urgent AOG situations to minimise aircraft downtime.
• Arrange flights, haulage, collections and courier services.
• Prepare UK import/export customs entries and documentation.
• Maintain shipment records and support daily freight operations.
