Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in logistics, transport or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment, import/export and international logistics.
• Experience with carriers, freight forwarders and global suppliers.
• ERP proficiency and strong Excel capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service team.
• Manage order processing, fulfilment and delivery performance.
