Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rota Co-ordinator for Anaesthetics based primarily at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester, with cross-site duties at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. You will work with deputy managers, clinical leads, consultants, and resident doctors, ensuring staffing levels meet service needs while maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex rotas.
• Strong IT skills and experience using rostering systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience in medical/operational administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain anaesthetic rotas across departments.
• Coordinate leave requests and respond to short-notice staffing changes.
• Collaborate with clinical leads, consultants, and admin teams.
• Support cross-site working between Winchester and Basingstoke hospitals.
