Qualifikationen

• GCSE grades 4-9 or equivalent in Maths and English
• NHS Pathways Licence
• NVQ 2/3 in Customer Care, Contact Centre Operations or Call Handling Operations
• Customer Service experience from a telephone based or face to face role
• Competent in the use of IT systems

Aufgaben

• Coordinate ambulance resources and monitor operational activity.
• Support frontline crews responding to a wide range of incidents.
• Act as a vital link between Emergency Call Takers, frontline crews and partner emergency services.
• Ensure patients receive the right response at the right time.
