You will stay calm, ask the right questions, provide reassurance, and support callers through difficult situations from the Emergency Operations Centre in Otterbourne, Hampshire.

This on‑site, fast‑paced role requires resilience and clear communication, with comprehensive training starting February 2027.

Qualifications
