Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator for an award-winning independent property services company in Crayford. This role offers a £25,000 base plus a generous commission with £40,000–£45,000 OTE in the first year.

You will manage enquiries, arrange viewings, build client relationships, negotiate offers and drive branch growth in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience within estate agency or a related property sales role.
• Proactive, commercially minded with client-first focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from prospective buyers and register applicants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors and clients.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and support branch growth.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and requirements.
• Work towards individual and branch sales targets.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to achieve outstanding results.
