Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to support a busy residential estate agency in Carshalton. The role suits an ambitious property professional with strong sales skills and a passion for property and customer service.

Key duties include registering buyers, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and generating new business while maintaining high service levels. A target-driven mindset and full UK driving licence are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency sales is essential.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
• Well presented and highly organised with competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Register buyers, qualify applicants and match them to suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with knowledgeable guidance.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure sales.
• Generate new business through calls, follow-ups and canvassing.
• Promote additional services and maximize new instructions.
• Maintain regular client communication and progress sales with excellent service.
