Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Register new buyers and maintain accurate customer records.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Proactively contact buyers regarding new properties.
• Generate new valuation opportunities.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Conduct accompanied viewings.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch and individual targets.
