The role offers a base salary of £25k with commissions and an OTE around £35k in the first year, with strong progression into higher sales roles for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospective businesses daily.
• Pitch Focus Group's technology solutions (Telecoms, IT, Cyber Security, Mobile).
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for BDMs.
• Manage activity and pipeline in the CRM.
• Hit daily/weekly targets and stay resilient.
