Focus Group is hiring a Business Development Executive in Birmingham to drive high-volume outbound sales and generate meetings for BDMs. The role offers a base of £25k plus commission with an OTE around £35k in year one, and a rapid path to higher earnings as you progress.

Successful candidates will join a fast-paced tech scale-up with structured onboarding, ongoing training, and clear progression to leadership roles within 18–24 months based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospective UK businesses daily.
• Pitch Focus Group's telecoms, IT, cyber security and mobile solutions.
• Qualify prospects and book face-to-face or virtual meetings for BDMs.
• Manage activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Handle rejection, stay motivated, and hit daily/weekly targets.
