Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Business Development Manager in Shoreham-by-Sea to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will sell AI, IT, Cyber Security, Telecoms, and Mobile to SME and mid-market businesses with support from in-house Copilot tools and MEDDICC coaching.

The role offers £35,000 base per year plus a £400 monthly car allowance and an OTE of £60k–£80k, with uncapped commissions and fast-path progression in a growing tech scale-up.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience or hunter mentality required.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting to build pipeline across SME and mid-market.
• Consultative selling with discovery calls and meetings.
